AMBIANCE:
Honestly, this just might be the most perfect brunch spot ever! Their decor is very California-beach-chic. The space is massive, filled with tons of natural light, and very neutral tones of natural wood accents mixed with gray + white tones. It’s a whole vibe, and I’m here for it.

FOOD:
I finished my food, AND my cousin’s! (Don’t judge me. It was delicious and I have zero regrets.) I ordered the Bananas Foster French Toast, and it was kinda sorta perfect. My cousin ordered The Trifecta, and their waffle was also kinda sorta….perfect. Ugh, truly, everything was SO GOOD. Plus, again, BIG fan of boozy brunches and this place gets it RIGHT. I ordered the Pomegranate Sunrise, and it is summer in a cup! I typically don’t like to repeat restaurants when I’m on vacation (NY native here!), BUT… I might need to make an exception for First Watch because it is just THAT DARN GOOD.
