AMBIANCE:
Uncle Bill’s Pancake House has a no-frills nostalgic diner feel. They have indoor + outdoor seating, and the space is massive, so you’ll almost never experience too long of a wait. They also had an amazing playlist going on!

SERVICE:
Our waitress was quick, checked on us regularly, but not too regularly that it felt overbearing. Our food came out very quickly, and there were no issues even when we requested additional add-ons during our visit.

FOOD:
These pancakes are perfect! When my dish first arrived, I had no doubts that I would not be able to finish it, as the portion was generous, and pancakes in general tend to be heavy. However, this was anything but. The pancakes had a perfect light fluffiness to them that made them easy to eat without feeling overstuffed. A member of my party also ordered a side order of the Taylor ham, and it just might be the most delicious piece of ham I have tasted in recent memory.
